Rocky Mountain Communities mission is to develop, own and manage affordable housing and provide support services to help individuals succeed in life.

 “The lack of affordable housing has many implications for families.  High housing costs can mean that a family has less money to spend on other fundamental needs, such as food, clothing, or healthcare.  As a result, many families are forced to move frequently, undermining their children’s ability to perform well in school and making it hard to retain employment.   RMC’s apartment community was for me, a safe and stable home. During my time at Garden Court (one of RMC’s properties) I was able to become connected to a caring community and develop a sense of belonging.  RMC allowed me to use my energy and time to establish goals and stabilize other aspects of my life.”
